Catering

Each dish is home prepared from locally grown produce. There is an organic market garden in the village, and the local fishmonger calls daily with fresh fish from Malaga. You will be offered a choice of menus beforehand. Meals are prepared in accordance with preferences and dietary restrictions.

Breakfast and dinner can be served on the terrace and when appropriate a variety of barbecued dishes will be provided.

Chocolate mousse with brandy
Fig and pear crumble
Caramelised oranges with Cointreau
Selection of cheeses (La Higuera is famous for its local goat cheese)
